These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Maeslot ("we", "us", "our", "Maeslot"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at maeslot.cam ("Platform", "Site"). By creating an account, accessing any page of this Site, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Maeslot provides an online casino and sports betting service to registered players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform offers slot games, live dealer tables, sports markets, lottery products, and related gaming services. All products are intended solely for entertainment purposes.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on Maeslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Maeslot strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Registration by persons under this age is prohibited and any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts opened on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Maeslot or any affiliated game provider.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on Maeslot. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by Maeslot or any other gaming operator.

When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify Maeslot promptly of any changes to your registration details by updating your Account profile or contacting our support team.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Maeslot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify Maeslot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Maeslot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, Maeslot may require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Deposits

Maeslot accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to any lower limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you select a cryptocurrency payment method, in which case the equivalent MYR value will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Maeslot targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions.

Maeslot reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible ("same-source withdrawal rule").

5.3 Currency

The functional currency of Maeslot for Malaysian players is the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If a Player deposits in cryptocurrency, the balance will be displayed in MYR equivalent. Maeslot is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Maeslot offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend credits, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Players may opt out of bonuses at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.
• Maeslot reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that accrued wagering progress toward an accepted bonus will not be invalidated retroactively.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, structuring deposits to exploit promotions, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings.

All bets placed on Maeslot are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the relevant rules before placing any wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted on a range of markets including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other major international fixtures. In-play betting is available on selected matches. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Maeslot reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of a match or event ("late bets").

7.2 Casino Games

Casino games on Maeslot use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game information page. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game or bet in progress, Maeslot will endeavour to restore the game state to its last valid position. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance. Winnings generated during a technical fault period may be withheld pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Maeslot Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or game logic flaws ("advantage play") in a manner that falls outside normal recreational gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence game outcomes or accumulate bonuses fraudulently.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location for the purpose of registering or maintaining an Account.
• Chargeback or reversal of any deposit after funds have been wagered.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

All content on the Maeslot Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game graphics, text, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maeslot or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Maeslot.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, frame, or otherwise copy Platform content for external use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maeslot and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Maeslot's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Maeslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time-outs: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Maeslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Regulatory or legal requirement;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of MYR 10 per month, after which any remaining balance will be returned upon verified request).

Where an Account is closed at Maeslot's discretion and no breach has been found, any positive Account balance will be returned to the Player using their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to KYC verification.

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after KYC verification is completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Maeslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

14.1 Complaints Procedure
